THIS IS "RETURNING HOME" IN "THE PATH PROGRAM"

(Go to: Page Menu)

This letter was received from a staff member at the new placement of a student who completed the PATH program:

"I hope this finds you well. I sent you a DVD a few weeks back...it was a copy of the training tape made for staff. It was helpful info, please thank your staff for us! A separate DVD of his PT routine was really helpful for his new PT here! M. is thriving! He showed some signs of adjustment anxiety, but they are minimal and disappearing one by one. Overall, he is happy and continuing on the tasks of living he was working on at HKNC!

Thanks again for all of your great work - M. grew at HKNC and he's kept those skills at (his new program). Please give my best to your staff, they are truly a great team!"

This student's mom wrote:

"M. is doing very well. He seems to be settling in to his new home nicely. I can't imagine how he would have made the transition so smoothly without his 15 months at HKNC. All of his team on this end of the country very much appreciates all the wonderful staff there. Thanks to you all!"
