The PATH program is a trans-disciplinary evaluation and training program for students who benefit from a functional approach to learning. The students in this program benefit from opportunities to transfer learned skills in a variety of environments.

The program provides training with a focus on communication and language development. Signing, extensive use of object symbols and cues, and a variety of non-symbolic communication methods are used by students and staff.

Opportunities for orientation and mobility, daily living and community skills, recreation and leisure, work adjustment and job skills development occur naturally throughout a typical program day. Many students participate in community-based work experiences to explore job interests and gain skills for future employment.
