Students attending HKNC's training program often participate in community-based work experiences. These experiences allow students to acquire skills necessary for successful employment; determine the types of support and adaptations necessary for various work environments; apply mobility techniques and communication methods learned in the classroom; and develop a resume and apply for jobs in their home communities.
