THIS IS THE MAIN PAGE OF THE "AFFILIATE PROGRAM" IN "FIELD SERVICES"
It is the goal of HKNC to develop and expand a nationwide network of state and local programs to meet the needs of individuals who are deaf-blind. Through its Affiliate Programs, HKNC provides support to agencies seeking to develop or improve their services for individuals who are deaf-blind.
